I'm not going to comment further on the RSL Florida mess because there is nothing new out.  For the best information on that, go to www.rslfm.com All I can say is it's shameful how the RSL Florida board is sweeping this under the rug.  The guy had a record of DUI, not just one arrest.  He served time in prison for domestic violence for god's sake, how do they not see this as a big red flag?  I'm all about forgiveness and everything and don't think people should have their lives ruined by a mistake, but in my opinion, the third time you make that mistake, it starts to indicate a habit.  If you mess up once, yes, that's a mistake, twice is pushing it, three times, sorry, if you haven't learned by then, you never will.  Calling this a mistake, sorry, it was a mistake the first time he got caught for DUI, the third time, it's a problem that he's not learning from.

Ok enough on that subject for now.  As for the playoffs, since RSL is out, I could care less about MLS.  I was a eurosnob before RSL came to town and to a point I still am.  In that light, I'm going to talk about my EPL team, West Ham United.  It was nice to see them live on Sunday, it was bad to see them give up an equalizer.  The Hammer injury list is staggering, I'm amazed they are still in the middle of the table.  While last season's escape from relegation was amazing, I don't like that sort of excitement.  It was like when I was in the Army, much as it is an adrenaline rush to get shot at, I would prefer to go without that.  The frustrating thing is that if they had some more guys fit, they would truly be contending for a spot in Europe.

As for Sparta Praha, my true football love, is in the UEFA cup, but lost their first match in the group stage to FC Zurich 2-1.  Their next match, on Friday is against Toulouse from the French league, in France.  Over the weekend in league play, Sparta beat SIAD Most 5-0, which brings them into 2nd place in the league with a month to go before the winter break.  The other Prague team, Slavia (commie bastards) lost in the Champion's League to Arsenal 7-0, which just warms my heart.
